New Hire Checklists

The Admin Affairs office serves as the office of record for hiring packages, and is charged with monitoring and enforcing compliance. To assist you in complying with UF regulations, New Hire Checklists have been developed for your use.The Checklist identifies all “Required” actions and documents.

Please complete and submit the “Required” checklist and all completed documents - signed by the employee - to Administrative Affairs for processing 30 days before hire date.
