Videoconference Center

The University of Florida, with the generous assistance of Northeast Florida AHEC, has established and maintains a state-of-the-art videoconference center at Shands Jacksonville. The Center is located on the fourth floor of the East Expansion in room 4-003. Students in many disciplines participate in educational sessions here. If you are scheduled to attend a videoconference during your rotation, please remember to treat the equipment with care, and to clean up before leaving the room. Also, a logbook is kept in the room - PLEASE SIGN IN FOR EACH SESSION YOU ATTEND. If any problems with the equipment are encountered, contact information for assistance is posted by the telephone.
