Application Process

In addition to compliance with the UFCOM-J Eligibility and Selection Policy, fellowship applicants should note the following instructions.

Application Deadline: June 1st year prior to anticipated start date

Start Date: July 1

Duration: One year

Salary: The fellow will be paid at the Post Graduate Level V.

Licensing Requirements: A Florida medical license is required prior to beginning the fellowship.

Eligibility Requirements: All applicants must be board eligible or board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and have a medical degree from an LCME- or AOA-approved medical school.

Appointment Level: The fellow will be appointed as a University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville adjunct clinical post-doctoral associate..

Fellows per year: One

Fellow Supervision: Fellows will be supervised by faculty.
