Patient Care
Services
The UF Community Pediatrics Division focuses on the "medical home" concept, which provides acute and preventive medical care to all newborns, infants and children up to the age of 18. This includes care of foster children, homeless children and those with special medical needs. Specific services include:
- Sick and Well Care (same-day and next-day appointments)
- Childhood Immunizations (scheduled appointment not needed)
- Behavioral and/or Psychiatric Disorder Care
- Dermatological Conditions (skin conditions)
- Comprehensive, In-Patient Rehabilitation at Brooks Rehabilitation Center (severe physical and cognitive injuries)
- Referrals to financial counselors and legal aid attorneys
