Driving Directions to the Clinic
From the Beaches: Go East toward downtown via Atlantic Boulevard, Beach Boulevard, or J. Turner Butler to I-95 North. Then Exit Prudential Drive ( exit #107). At foot of ramp, turn left onto Prudential Drive, cross railroad tracks, and take next left onto Palm Avenue to parking garages. Turn into "green" entrance of the garage for visitor and park. Take far right set of elevators to the first floor. Once you enter the building, follow the walkway until it ends at the Pharmacy. Go left to the Howard Building. Take the elevators in front of you to the fourth floor, Suite #405.
From Mandarin: Take San Jose Boulevard (Hendricks Ave.) to Nira Street. Turn left on Nira Street and continue until you cross San Marco Boulevard onto Children's Way. Take Children's Way to the last block before the river, and turn right onto Palm Avenue. Follow under the highway (I-95) and continue to next block to the parking garages for Baptist Medical Center. Turn left into "green" entrance of the garage for visitors and park. Take far right set of elevators to the first floor. Once you enter the building, follow the walkway until it ends at the Pharmacy. Go left to the Howard Building. Take the elevators in front of you to the fourth floor, Suite #405.
From North Jacksonville/Georgia: Take I-95 South. Cross the St. John's River (Fuller Warren Bridge). Exit at San Marco Boulevard (exit #308). At foot of ramp, turn left onto Palm Avenue.
