Curriculum
Our department provides a four-year combined anatomic and clinical pathology training for eight full-time residents.
The following represents the minimum length of time a resident will spend in each area of concentration during the course of the pathology residency training program:

| Clinical Chemistry and Toxicology | 6 months |
| Hematology | 5 months |
| Microbiology | 4 months |
| Blood Banking | 4 months |
| Immunology and Serology | 1 month |
| Urinalysis and Clinical Microscopy | 1 month |
| Cytogenetics | 1 month |
| Laboratory Administration | 1 month |
| Informatics and Statistics | 4 two-hour lectures & 1 nine-hour lecture |
| Clinical Pathology Electives | About 5 weeks |
