Shands Jacksonville Laboratory Services
The Clinical Laboratories and Department of Pathology are located on the first floor of the east expansion of Shands Jacksonville Medical Center, and include:
Core Laboratory: Chemistry, hematology, coagulation, toxicology, special chemistry and urinalysis
Microbiology: Microbiology and serology
Transfusion Services: Blood bank and related compatibility testing
Tumor Analysis: Flow cytometry
Anatomic Pathology: Surgical pathology, cytology and autopsy
