Welcome to the site for the UF Department of Pathology's Cytopathology Fellowship Training Program in Jacksonville. The cytopathology fellowship is an ACGME-accredited, one-year program for board-eligible pathologists. The fellowship focuses exclusively on gynecological cytology, non-gynecological cytology, fine needle aspiration biopsy cytology and ductal lavage.

Our program strives to provide comprehensive education in cytopathology and emphasizes the role of the cytopathologist as a consultant and as a pathologist. The faculty are committed to teaching and practicing high quality cytopathology and are known for their pioneering work on the introduction of FNAB to the Jacksonville community and investigational work in combining cytology with ancillary study, provided at the Tumor Analysis Laboratory.

As you explore this site further, I hope you will find it informative and interesting. Contact information is included to address any additional questions you may have.
