Kaunitz presents at Joining FORCEs conference

Andrew M. Kaunitz, M.D., professor and associate chair of the department of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Florida College Of Medicine - Jacksonville, presented a talk on Managing Menopause at the 4th Annual Joining FORCEs conference. The conference on hereditary breast and ovarian cancer was held May 16, 2009 in Orlando, Fla.
The Joining FORCEs conference is an annual forum on hereditary breast and ovarian cancer sponsored by FORCE (Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered). FORCE is a national organization of individuals with BRCA 1 and 2 mutations or hereditary factors that place them at high risk for breast and/or ovarian cancer. Several hundred individuals were in attendance for this year's conference.
