Our mission is to facilitate and support, through administrative functions, the education, research and patient care goals of the University of Florida College of Medicine Jacksonville, while being consistent with all applicable rules and contractual constraints.
We accomplish this by facilitating processes related to academic and professional matters such as, but not limited to:
- Faculty Recruitment
- Appointments
- Reappointments
- Promotions and Tenure
- Leaves
- Faculty Development
We work very closely with the dean of the regional campus, department chairs and associate chairs, administrators, hospital and practice plan leaders, faculty, university officials and the Office of the General Counsel to fulfill the mission of the college.
