Welcome to the website for the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program. Our 3-year program offers outstanding training and is ACGME-accredited. This fellowship aims to facilitate the development of important skills in the effective practice of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. These include professional relationship-building with colleagues and staff, teaching and presentation skills, independent decision-making and administrative skills. To develop these skills, graded levels of responsibility are woven into the curriculum. In general, it encompasses the areas of teaching, patient care, management and research.
In addition to the above professional opportunities, Jacksonville, Fla. is an ideal place to live and work - it is home to perfect weather, abundant beaches, unlimited outdoor sports and the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars.
