Application Process
Our Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program is full for the
2010 – 2011 academic year.
We would like to encourage you to apply to our interventional cardiology fellowship program. The first step toward applying is to review the eligibility requirements found on the GME benefits, requirements and resources page. Next, print and fill out our application form.
In order for your application to be considered complete it MUST be accompanied by the following supporting documents:
- A Dean's letter
- An official transcript of your medical school grades (to be sent directly from your medical school)
- Three letters of recommendation
- USMLE scores
- Personal statement
- A copy of your Curriculum Vitae

After your completed application form and supporting documents are received, the director of the interventional fellowship will invite eligible applicants to undergo the interview process, which occurs summer through early fall. Members of the faculty will interview each applicant. At the completion of this process, the interventional faculty will meet to review the evaluations and will ultimately select the final candidates for the fellowship.
