CHEQR is a partnership between the Duval County Health Department’s Institute for Health, Policy, and Evaluation Research and the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville. CHEQR provides services to UFCOM-J Faculty, Residents, and Fellows to support their research and scholarship activities in the areas of health disparities and health services research.

The newest issue of the FYI, UF's biweekly funding opportunities newsletter, is available at http://apps.research.ufl.edu/research/fyi/ (click on "View Current Issue" to review latest funding opportunities). Each issue of the online FYI provides information on research news at UF and federal, state and foundation grant opportunities with upcoming deadlines and links to agency websites. Also available on the FYI website is a calendar of upcoming proposal submission deadlines, recent grant awards to UF faculty, back issues of the FYI and more. You can also subscribe directly via the website to receive these bi-weekly updates on funding opportunities.

The Researcher's Handbook contains the policies and procedures for conducting research at the University of Florida, as well as general information about the Office of Research. The Office of Research offers a full range of financial, information, and administrative assistance for identifying, obtaining and administering external research funding.
