Timothy L. Sternberg, D.M.D., M.D.

We strive to be the preferred pain management referral center in northeast Florida and southern Georgia by providing patient-focused subspecialty expertise in pain and symptom management services.

We are a secondary and tertiary referral base for complicated pain management problems including acute and chronic non-malignant pain as well as cancer pain management and palliative care.

At the Shands Jacksonville Pain Management Center, we specialize in helping people understand their conditions and treatment options. We also educate rotating medical residents, fellows and students within this specialty.
